^ I think it was said that Akeno's Lightning was made by combing light with thunder, during the Rating Game against Sona.

Barakiel's ability probably works in a similar way.

Regarding the 4 great seraph, since he hasn't made an appearance, it's hard to tell the details, but I think that his ability is a combination of light + fire as well.

I don't know why it's considered as Holy though, but it might be caused by the fact that combining two different elements is a pretty rare ability.
