This last episode was pretty awesome, in my opinion. While I wouldn't give it a perfect 10/10, it was still a very good end to the show.

Spoiler:

Light's little monologue about how he was the only one who could create a new world was interesting, and one of the few monologues in anime that I actually liked, and didn't find cheesey. His death was also handled really well, too. It was interesting to see what Ryuk had to say about Light before he wrote his name in his Death Note.

Overall, great show, and awesome ending.
