Both songs are 'Tsubasa wo kudasai', just different arrangements. The song is hardly new. It was first performed back in 1971 by a folk group named 'Akai toori', and has been covered at least 22 times, according to it's
Wikipedia.jp page. The Sakura-ko Keion-bu cover is included in the list. I first heard it on a Pony Canyon CD sampler in 1992 when it was a top 100 hit for the year.
