Erhm.... pardon me but to me I think the Naruto fights are kinda one dimensional as well. I'll elaborate with the past few arcs shown in the anime of Naruto which usually if not always end up with Naruto fighting whatever enemy that is conjured up with the same old repeated combination of Kage-Bunshin and Rasengan that to me is one dimensional....

And on the subject of power-ups in Bleach.... erhm wasn't that Naruto vs Neji fight the same thing? Just as Naruto is supposedly about to lose he powers up with the Kyubi Chakra and beats Neji.

In the Naruto vs Gaara fight after the Chuunin Exam as Sakura is encased in one of the transformed claws of Gaara on that tree what did Naruto do? Charge up an immense amount of Chakra to use Tajuu Kage Bunshin. That isn't a power-up?

Also to the topic poster's subject it's too early to tell with Bleach as it's only 62 eps so far in the Anime which are amazing with very few if any exceptions as far as good eps go and Naruto's been out far longer in terms of Anime and Manga I believe as well. Your opinions are your own but using the example of Jutsus yeah there are many jutsus that can be used in the world of Naruto but how many have we actually seen? I mean Naruto to the best of my knowledge uses 2 techniques at most(Kage-Bunshin and Rasengan), Sasuke (3-4 Fire element techniques, 1-2 Sharingan specific techniques, and Chidori), Gaara (about 5 if I remember correctly I could be wrong), Kakashi (Sharingan, Dog summons, and Chidori/Raikiri) I'm using only a few because the other charcters don't really use that many techniques and my case in point is that even though there's a ton of jutsu that can be created we haven't really seen that much out of any of the characters in Naruto either.
