I don't get how people can say "You can't compare Bleach to Naruto" of course you can, they're both Shonen books/shows.

And when it comes to Shonen stuff, I don't look at it as creativity but style. Because Shonen is as restricted in genre as lets say, porn. For example, you can add philosphical meaning, make that shit as deep as the Atlantic, add all these crazy elements to it, but in the end people are gonna bump uglys and knock boots. And instantly be brought back down to being a porn.

Same shit with Shonen. So whenever I look at a Shonen show, I look at the style that the artist is going for, and both Naruto and Bleach have just such an awsome style, and character designs are bomb as fuck and if their personalities match their style, I should say, "jive" with their design, I'm instantly hooked. Whenever I watch or read any Shonen I'm not looking for something so powerful in presentation that it changes my life and make me double guess my existence and shit, you know what I mean? Whenever I watch a Shonen all I'm looking for is action and an interesting story, hell the story doesn't even need to be that involving. I just want to see my favorite characters kick ass, pure and simple. That's why DBZ sucked, as soon as Goku and Gohan started phasing out the original crew and what not.

Although I must say imo Naruto started going downhill a little bit after the Zabuza arc, where basically all the great team fights got split into 1 on 1s. And everyone execpt Kishimoto knew how to write Sakura right, in terms of her capablities. While Bleach still keeps shining after all this time. It keeps getting better and better.

I personally love both though. Even though I am enjoying Bleach more, Naruto has a magic that can't be emulated and vise versa. Both have great expanded worlds, and an awsome amount of artistic style.
