Well, you just answered it yourself. It is indeed a brush, plus white coloured outer glow. If you want, I can dig up for the brushes and send it to you.

Most of the brushes come from deviant art. Good luck as they have more than 100.000 of them
As for the renders, I just usually make them myself with rendering existing images found on various sites, like gelbooru.com. Hope that helps.
