I decided to make my own version of Chili con carne, also known in the US as Bowl of Chili.
I used corned beef with potatoes and chopped sausages cooked and mixed with fried chopped onions, added a spoon of bovril and a cup of extra hot chili sauce with Tabasco sauce added into the frying pan.
Taste good but the spiciness of the chili sauce went down. Next time i might add beans and more chili sauce.
