Alright to be honest now that we're in day 2 (3?) of the movie being out in Asia I'm actually surprised (pleasantly so I might add) that there hasn't been more constant news and rabid raving about the film beyond the expected die hard fanbase in Japan. I'm guessing the days of the franchise being omnipresent on the western internet front are long over (as in the only information and reactions to the movie that I've seen are what I've gone out of my way to look for rather than the franchise finding me.....whether I'm interested in hearing about it or not at the moment of contact) and now it really is just a popular franchise like any other.
