Wait, though.
The new president is driven by emotions, so theoretically it would be easy to make him "slave" of the SSS, by finding something he wouldn't want others to find out or by just torturing him to death until he is so scared of the SSS that he stops creating problems to them.
Kanade, on the other side, was extremely cold, so such a tactic wouldn't work (also because of he superpowers...
).
