In all fairness... Asakura will only stop a guy if she believes he just wants to lead Nagato on... and even then, she'll only do something if it's actually
happening. She's far too lenient, if you ask me.
*e2* Also, if I were a guy wanting to date Mikuru, I'd be more worried about the rest of the male population of the school than I would Tsuruya.
