I also recommend bookmarking the main Visual Novel TL wiki, because IMHO it's more reliable, and a bit more up-to-date.
The completed VN TL list is HERE, and the translated Doujin games are HERE. Both accessible from the navigation option on the side.
That's also by no means the most accurate and up to date (Cross Channel, The Devil on G-String on top of my head for example), but it's still good.
