Did people forget that Chiyu broke up with Taku after finding out about him making a backdoor in her Neuro linker?
It isn't NTR anything, both she and Taku are single now. Taku is still in love with her (obviously), but she clearly has strong feelings for Haru.
This was even discussed the episode Haru lost his wings, when he got all crazy while talking to Taku afterwards.
