That's beta for you! But anyway, this is one of those games where they give more and more characters as the game progresses (in patches). Look on the bright side, you don't have to wait for expansion to get new classes.
There are 4 (known) classes, for now. The 3rd is Evy (the wizzard/grim-reaper basically), we'll probably get her in OB. The 4th is Kai (or something), he's the archer class. All of the 4 classes wield two weapons: dual swords/double-spear, sword/long-hammer, staff(?)/scythe, dunno about the 4th, probably a bow and xbow or something. And all 4 are gender locked, which appears to be a common trend these days (probably a good reason for this, aside from cheaper to develop).
Also the NA version (at least) is region locked I think, ie. the one here:
http://vindictus.nexon.net/. This always happens with these action MMOs; but that never has stopped me from trying them out - usually the lock is not hard to bypass.
