Luffy, who is a nice, devoted to his friends, strong and uber powerful guy.
And beside all this great and incredible men, you have Usopp.
The poor, little, weak, bad looking and kind of pathetic Usopp.
Not really a dream boat.
And certainly not a possible love interest for Nami.
The other guys on the boat are too much better for that Usopp have a single chance.
