This chapter focuses on stage B with Yokoya and Fukunaga. Everyone gangs up on Yokoya. Yokoya says he is not lying. He says he will win the upcoming games.
He predicts the kind of game that will be played next.
And he gets it right! Everyone is shocked (as usual), including the LGT members looking at the monitors. (Apparently, Yokoya figured out the pattern in which the games are chosen.)
A new LGT member is introduced. He wears a long robe with the hood covering everything except the mask. He appears very highly ranked. He "may" even be the LGT leader.

Either some information was leaked, or there is a pattern that the original followed. Either way it gonna make it too easy for Yokoya
