So, regardless of who pulls the trigger - who should we consider responsible for a convict's death? The judge who sentences him/her to death or the executioner who pushes the button/electric switch?
Either way, it's Lelouch who drives her to her doom. From here it's impossible for her to go back to normal. Death might be the only thing to thwart the (possibly) stronger Geass.
