Kamidori Alchemy Meister
Katawa Shoujo
A Profile
Deardrops
Moero Downhill Night Blaze
Muv luv (the original with takeru etc)
That's all I can think of for now but there probably are more, I will edit it if I can remember a few more that I have play.
Edit: Also Yamiyo ni Odore, although the VN doesn't have an english patch.
Manga
Akame ga Kiru!
Bloody cross
Freezing (I know there was an anime of it but it was just a few episodes, it didn't do the manga justice)
Yamada-kun to 7-nin no Majo
Mahouka Koukou No Rettousei
Minamoto-kun Monogatari xd
