I don't know if you read the manga or not, but even by now (chapter 218), they're still the same. And they haven't animated close to where the manga is right now.

I kind of feel like they're shifting attention to Sentaro and Skuld now, and that's where Fujishima seems to be taking it. But jeez you'd think after nearly 20 years he'd have found out how to end the whole thing already. I mean everything seems to be hashed and rehashed now.

...but before that, animate everything first!
