Exactly my point. Her breast size is hardly out side the bounds of normal variation that's still considered attractive. And most female anime characters have that baby face look. It's part of their design to make them look more appealing (you notice that guys tend to have more realistically drawn faces). I'm bassically ok with anything that isn't on either extreme.
