Mmmmmmmm, I believe it's more a high level of admiration than love. As someone once said in anime, having a crush and being in love are two different things.
And of course, being realistic: it's just not gonna happen.
Unless Aizen goes amnesia on us and Hinamori ends up taking care of him as he recovers.
