Well, it's
sort of nonesense...
It talks about the repair of "Pandimensional Space-time indicator", by the Integrated Computer Sentient Entity.
Those who are in the know, would understand that there was a sight mishap involving the visitor counter. The typing of an extra "/" in the web address caused an error that exposed the company that paid for the website.
Within hours, if not minutes, that the news got out, the counter was repaired. This talk of the repair of space-time indicator is almost certainly a tongue-in-cheek response to all the die-hard Haruhiiests who seem to stop at nothing to get what they want. Guess its only fitting, as such behaviour is something Haruhi would approve of.
