It's not the incest itself that is disturbing, but the amount, really.
I mean, 3/5? I'm surprised we didn't have a 1998 world in which Yasu ditched the cousins and went for a student-teacher relationship with Maria, just for the perfect score, yet. (I wouldn't put it past Ryukishi.)
