I would not mind that...
There's a considerable difference in the dynamics comparing when Mikoto hangs out with Kuroko or Kongou. The former tends to increase Mikoto's stress levels while the latter allows her to enjoy a normal outing with a friend.
And somehow I think that Kongou would not ****block Touma every chance she had. In fact, she would probably turn out to be supportive.
... Yeah, count me in for the "Replace Kuroko with Kongou" campaign (if there's ever one)
