well, but unfortunately the two extra binders are facing backwards so you can only see two of them when the suit is facing foward towards directly right at you, so its easy to mistook it for a smaller version of its old Quin Mantha predecessor
btw, it kinda also reminds me of "nightmare of solomon" Anavel Gato's Neue Ziel from the Gundam 0083 Stardust Memory ova & aswell "iron mask" Carozzo Ronah's Rafflesia from the Gundam F91 movie
