Remember that they say as IS pilot, Ichika will be protected?
They are the secret agents that protect IS pilots.
So secretive that they aren't even mentioned.
They are nobody...as far as anybody are concerned.
But as humans they do have flaws.... like Madoka and Ichika scene happened while they are changing shift.
