These new world thing sounds really cool. I'm kinda hoping Kuroko has a bigger role in this one. Wait!! before you throw the stones I have a relatively reasonable thought process behind this theory!!
The new world will somewhat overlay the current one. In this line of thinking it could be seen as an alternate dimension. Kuroko has the ability to teleport by moving through an alternate dimension. the 11th one I think. That being said there may be a way she can move in and out of this dimension. This opens up the possibility for Kuroko to bring in reinforcements. Obviously she can't bring in touma but she can bring others such as Misaka, or a Thor in a Misaka costume, which would be awesome. By doing this process she could have a large role in saving the day. If she brought Accelerator and Thor it'd be the equivalent of showing up to a street fight with nukes IMO but it'd be hot. On another note Gunha could just get in using Guts!! so there should be no problem there.
