Yeah, I already said that you might won’t like it. HanTsuki is an anime about patients in a hospital with serious diseases after all. So, the “pity factor” that you don’t like is really hard to avoid, even though it’s nowhere as dramatized as Kimi ga Nozomu Eien IMO.
Relax, CI. I'm not saying that your inability to enjoy this kinda shows is a bad thing. I know very well that everybody has their taste and limitations. Like me: I know I can never enjoy yaoi or yuri (homoseksual love) anime that a lot of people like.
