Because the art is weird, does't have moe elements, and requires a lot of thinking/re-reading to figure out what's going on.
Man, it seems like mangafox is killing all the scanlators. Maybe they should try putting their stuff on Batoto (it seems a lot of scanlators support that online reader for some reason).
