Most probably, given Kisames Sword Absorbs Chakra, and Thats what Rasengan its made of, it should be something similar to what happened to Naruto when he was on Jiroubu Doton Jutsu. The Degree of Concentration needed for the Rasenga + The Fact that You have a Sword that is actually capable of eating Kyubys Chakra, could very well indicate that Kisame can dispel the Rasengan with his Sword.
