personaly I liked in ep.1 Cecilia's voice when Ichiki said to her "huh" ^^ Cecilia gave a really cute voice there "Maa" and started complaining...
yet it was still funny that she callem him rude becouse he used "huh" on her.... while later when she learned that Ichki defeated an instructor too... she too used "huh" yet didnt payed attention to it ^^ (not mention her rude yelling as a noble XD)
yet her attitude is cute... I mean it was quite obvious that she wanted Ichiki kinda to herself...since he is the only male here (and one in the whole world that can control IS so she might get famous too if she gets him as her boyfriend)... and lots LOTS LOTS of rivals XD.... so her talk to him was only in order to get closer to him...
and yeah she's more open about her throughts than Houki... both are kinda Tsundere personalities... but Cecilia is more open to it :P
