Oh, wait. You did say TV and not Advance. My bad. Not reading things again like I should. ADV has licenced Happy Lesson and Happy Lesson TV. Advance and "final" the OVA are not licenced. So you won't be able to get Happy Lesson TV torrents from here, or anywhere I suspect as ADV has the licence and is very, very extremely viciously protective of their licences.
