Calling it: Gino, Akira Ishida's character and the female Enforcer will be killed off. Something happens to the Older Enforcer and either Akane dies in the end or winds up having her Psycho pass clouded enough to where she's hunted down as Kogami goes against Makashima.

Here's my predictions as well :

Kagari will be the first Enforcer to die, and before he close down his own gate, he smiles.
Masaoka will betray CID after something terribly shocking happened to both him and the other Enforcers.
Ginoza feels even more betrayed now that two more colleagues gets affected by the tragedy.
Shion encounters something unexpectedly horrible, which traps Yayoi in a sea of despair. Either one of them dies or both will commite double suicide.
Akane's never-changing Hue evidence will be revealed, but the moment she encounters another tragedy, her CC will rise up to a certain point.
Shinya's final battle against Shougo will take place in the final few episodes, and the mystery on whether he and/or Akane will die is questionnable.
