Here's an easy way. Go to
Krunch:
» http://krun.ch/
You'll see 3 or four options to choose from. Choose the second option: "upload + unkrunch".
Krunch is on on-line compression/decompression site that can handle ZIP, RAR, TAR.GZ for both compressing and uncompressing any archive.
Once it has uploaded and decompressed your RAR file, you'll be given a temp directory where you can download your files from.
Just click on the links to download. You have 24 hours to download the contents of your RAR archive after which, they delete everything and wipe the disc clean. Of course if you need to, you can re-do it all again.
