Hataraki Man fared pretty well in the ratings when it was in this slot. According to
this post by wao, the eleven episodes received these ratings: 4.6 / 3.4 / 3.9 / 3.3 / 3.1 / 4.7 / 4.0 / 4.2 / 5.1 / 3.7 / 4.1
My recollection from reading the ratings in this thread over the past year is that Nodame Cantabile had the highest ratings of Noitamina shows. Some episodes were well over 5%. Nodame Cantabile may have gotten something of a boost from airing after the live-action dorama was telecast, though.
Edit:: Woland kindly extracted the comparative Noitamina ratings for Mononoke, Nodame, and Hataraki Man in this
post. All three series got fairly comparable ratings averaging somewhere in the 4-5% range. As you might expect, Mononoke, with its highly unusual art style and dark storyline, fared the poorest of these three. The most conventional show, Nodame Cantablle, also garnered the highest average ratings.
