It just that Heat Blade is always been said to be useless (tensile strength related to temperature... or something, I forgot). Hence I said the plasma itself is aftereffect and basically a novelty compared to the destruction capability of the microscopic teeth.

If it's local tranquilizer on one of the legs, I imagine 10-12 km/h (about 2/5 speed of average human maximum running speed and just faster than a fast walking).
