Misaki probably thinks she's just out of the loop as far as how fights are done nowadays....
Everybody uses Stands instead. Even though those were weak demons, Misaki jobbed them.
As for Beel going for Aoi instead of Misaki... There is the matter of how similar Aoi looks to the painting of Beel's mother. Surprisingly kind and gentle but still puts off an aura like a demon...
