This sounded more than a little odd, because

Hysteria had supposedly awakened, so how could she have been killed like that?

So I went "say what???" on him and got a pretty interesting reply this morning (Japan time).

Spoiler for spoiler guy sez:

"Apparently she can awaken even after dying. Her dead body was pulsating ["biki biki"], brimming with youki. Normally this would be impossible but since Priscilla's arm was used with these three bodies, awakening is apparently an absolute requirement. Short of getting their heads severed they seem to undergo forced awakening."
