Still what is the social norm to be called a 1st world country? Some states in the US don't seem to give a fuck about international law. o-O Renting out ground in another country so that US rules don't apply is an iterresting thing too. Same difference if you ask me. China just does it openly. So China is will be socially ok if they do it in secret? =o I do admit China does it on a much larger scale. >_>
