Yeah I can see that. Rena's VA seems to get better as the scenes go on... though personally I think she's trying too much to sound like her Japanese counterpart and hasn't really got the voice for it. I think she'd do better if she stopped with the helium and just settled on sounding like a teenage girl rather than ultra-cutesy Rena specifically.
Aside from that I don't think there's any that sound really grating. As has been mentoned Satoko and Rika sound a little too old but I can live with that over adult VAs trying to stretch their voices beyond credibility.
