Plus it didn't quite make sense to me since Scrooge keeps pulling only one void out each time, which means only one twin dies every round. As for Inori, she clearly does looks a lot like Mana to the point Haruka saw her as Mana when they first met, so she may not look 100% like her but could still manufactured with Mana's genes nonetheless.

From my own playthrough it seems only the final choice affects the ending, the rest are mostly inconsequential and will just get you different dialogues and IIRC one of them gives you a different CG. The game wasn't kidding when it said "Your decisions are futile" at the beginning.

She refers to the child in plural. She also refers to them in singular when they manifest as the baby void.
I'm not 100% certain on how conjugation works in Japanese, but I think she can use both plural and singular.
Either that, or she's deliberately making it appear ambiguous.
Also, nowhere in the anime does it say that Haruka thought Inori was Mana, she just knew who Inori was.

And there is one choice that will unlock the path that leads to TRUE END at the beginning of the game, if you don't choose it you're stuck with the Normal End no matter what.
