Nice pics from World Hobby Festival 17. I have some more pictures from other sites that do reports on the Hobby Cons.

Liquid Stone's Teana made her debut at WHF. They don't actually sell the various figures per se. What they do is make frames and you need to buy they various ball joints and assemble them on your own. The ball joints and parts aren't hard to find and not very expensive so it's a neat way to get an ultra posable figure.
