I am not sure, but I am guessing maybe Sebas grew to like Ciel? They have always had a seemingly father-son relationship.

I never really thought of Ciel as moe unlike someone like Jun, for example. I don't like moe in general so, I guess that's one reason Alois appeals to me. I do like cute, however; it's just moe is a bit overkill to me.
