I'm glad I stumbled across this thread. I've been dabbling in hip hop/rap for a couple years now, and I'm always looking for artists to try. Definitely taking notes.
Lately I've been listening to Macklemore & Ryan Lewis' The Heist, Lauryn Hill, and Dumbfoundead, especially. His latest album,
Old Boy Jon, has some of my favorite tracks he's released so far.
