Well we can only guess at this point. Even if that prase is really overused and we all know what it means maybe Bones want us to wonder if by "that woman" the mean "that woman" used in one of the previous conversation. I'd say that if that they really wanted to confuse us and make us think a lot about it they really nailed it
Or it's just as simple as it sounds and we'll understand the reasons behind it later.
