I"m not sure simple timespan works in these sorts of things (granted this is a fantasy we're dealing with). But Arf appeared basically "ready for operations" and clearly has the ability and decision making skills to qualify for a relationship.
I guess you could use that character on Star Trek: Voyager as a literary reference. The blonde whose people only live 7 years or so and are fully adult both mentally and physically by age 2. I don't remember the specifics.
If we can suspend our disbelief to allow for a fully mature foxy looking (
) lady to be summoned out of nothingness with full mental faculties and a pre-loaded "worldview decision matrix" ... we can allow for her to become entangled with someone else who understands the way she is.
