Notes:
*Hayate is speaking in kansai-ben (as she does in the show), so to Neko!Nanoha, the dialect is foreign to her and thus, she thinks it is "weird"

And I like Hayate's explanation of what a "lover" is. Neko!Nanoha would have no problems saying, "Then Fate-chan is my lover too" in this case. xD
