Although she doesn't have enough screentime, she's a cute kuudere who also happens to be the only female Enforcer of Unit One ! What made her so special is that she's cold-hearted and emotionless even during the dangerous missions and is also attracted by the modern culture as well (especially music).
My impression on it cleared up a bit, and I would like to see her flashback in action !
