I think this indicated that they were actually triplets. I mean the title of the last Episode is titled Three Person Twins, or "Triplets". And them having the same eye color would support that idea. But even i'm not 100% sure. If they didn't make the title and the ending that way, i would have thought Mina was not related, but they did that to confuse me.
Anyone who knows for sure care to clarify this?
