It would not work that way.
Magic can be used without any knowledge or any talent (just like in the Daihasei with Fukiyose who just touched a paper)
But esper power requieres the AC curriculum and developed personal reality, if the calculations were enough, they would wired espers to some computers and made a lot level 5s like that.
