I'd like to clear something cause currently I can't find which epi or chap said this (if it's correct then I'll continue with the other questions):

I think it was stated that NO; but when Isshin fights the Grand Fisher, the spaz uses some term to say Ichi is a true blood or something. So basically if there is even a term for it then it does happen :/
